About me and my practice

I offer on line therapy. Having worked within the NHS for many years, I have many life experiences and am passionate about giving people a non judgmental safe space to talk.
Communication is a vital part of life and we all have times in our lives when things go wrong, we feel life is against us. Being able to speak to someone and share issues can be very liberating and I have a tool box of strategies to help you to find a way forward.

Experience

Over the years I have worked in a variety of places from loss and bereavement to couples counselling. From NHS hospitals to walk and talk therapy in the beautiful countryside.

Qualifications

I am a qualified BACP counsellor
I hold qualifications in couples therapy, counselling neurodivergent clients, pet bereavement and anticipatory loss.
